You are not "just" anything. By using it that way, you're showing ignorance of what a simple word like "just" even means. In other words, you're either an idiot, or you think we're idiots.

"Just" implies an exclusitivity. For example, if I hit you in the face, I could say with some truth, "I'm just hitting you in the face." But if I say, "I'm just testing the air pressure between your face and my fist," that's blatantly not true, because I am ALSO hitting you in the face.

By saying "I'm just expressing the truth about myself," you are lying. It is NOT the only thing you're doing. You are also implying that calling someone "garbage" is NOT flaming, and that's, again, blatantly not true.
