Hello!
My name is Xephyr, and, well, I'm new here.
You may be familiar with my brother, Neon_the_Chao.
He got banned like an idiot. >_>
But he said this was a cool site, and, being a huge fan of Riviera myself, I just had to join.
Uh, not much to say for myself...
I'm a lot like my brother, except more rational. >_<
I enjoy anime, manga, and video games, as well as drawing.
Anyhoo, I hope I can be everyone's friend!

I'm NOT him. I know there's no way to prove that, but there's nothing I can do about that.
Besides, if I really was "Neon_the_Chao", why would I introduce myself like this, explicitly referencing myself? That'd just be stupid.
So why don't we just welcome me in like a normal person rather than being the brother of an idiot or Neon_the_Chao himself?

Hmm... All he told me was that he had found a Riviera fansite and that its resources (Sprites and stuff) were really good. He gave me the URL and also said to follow the rules or I'd be banned like he was. He never did say why he was banned, but he said as long as I was good, I'd be fine. After hearing about such a site (complete with forum!), I just had to join. He never mentioned any specific people, though.

I'm working on it.
However, Neon really wanted me to post his stuff first, as a kind of "Sorry I was kind of a jerk sometimes. Now I'm banned and hope you miss me" thing.
At least, that's what he said. I don't know; he's crazy sometimes.
What did you guys think about him, anyways? I could tell you what I think, but I'd be a bit biased, so... maybe I shouldn't. He's still my brother, after all.

Because people have done it before and they used that exact statement as reasoning as to how they couldn't be said person.
Mainly because they knew that admins could match their IPs and making a post such as this would force them to give them to give him the benefit of the doubt.
Oh well, "welcome" and whatnot, I'm done posting in dis thread. Forced to give the botd again. I'm going to listen to Rai and just drop it, because it's going to be worse off if I try to pursue this any further and a waste of my time.

1. People being mean is something you'll have to get used to. Like, 70% of the people here are mean, and everyone in the past who couldn't get over that ended up leaving at some point.
2. By the way, guys, his IP isn't even the same as Neon's. Not that that necessarily means anything, but I just thought I'd throw that out there.

I totally thought you knew that this was irrelevent, Rhia. I mean seriously, I've a dynamic IP, and that practically allows me to get past most IP bans as far as I know.
Then again, I've not come close to getting banned.

Neon has had the same IP for like, ever. The posts returned by him in the IP search brings up more than his post count, even (which accounts for spam/intro posts). I don't think he has a dynamic one.
