no it wasn't. it was a good game to me. lots of action and powers.

best game i played for the ps2.alot of people complained about difficulty but i beat the game and normal pretty easily and the fighting system is almost perfect.

I didn't play the first 2. Only the 3rd.

DEVIL MAY CRY 4 DEMO IS OUT IN LESS THAN ONE HOUR. I AM FUCKING STOKED ( I loved DMC3 )

Demo is fuckwin. Its too short though ( durr ), but the graphics are very sweet, controls are slick, they've got some new variety in the combos and stuff, and your arm thing has varied effects on different enemies. On those standard marionette things, you just pick them up and throw them down, on ice enemies I bumped into, he does a full swooping lasso throw, and if you pick up the boss while he's weak, you do a FUCKING BODY SLAM FOR MASSIVE DAMAGE. Also they introduced something I loved from Spiderman 2, the ability to pull your enemies back into the air with you. Permanent air juggling, fuck yeah!


Nero has some neat powerup on left trigger, that basically lets him up his sword abilities for the next few attacks. It sort of gives the effects of devil trigger somewhat, with more powered up fancy moves. Its pretty neat and easy to get used to. The game was a bit easy at first, but it got harded, and I hope it continues to!

Chaos is talking about the different types of Xbox Live accounts, you need Gold Membership to download it then I guess. I thought you only needed a Silver Account, lame.

Check the LIVE Marketplace.

I mean if you want the PS3 version, you need a Japanese Playstation Network account.

If you want the 360 version, you need a Gold account for it on Xbox Live, or else you can wait another week for it to be available for Silver.

I can't believe they did that, didn't Silver Members get demos and goodies at the same time as the Gold Members before?

I rarely play my 360 anymore. I'm all about my PC gaming now.

I doubt Capcom has anything to do with this, I've heard rumors about this around the net about Microsoft doing this, but didn't think it was actually going to happen.

You die in one hit on Hell or Hell mode, and all enemies have Dante Must Die health. I cannot fucking wait, the achievements for this are ACTUAL achievements. Not casualfag easy ones every joe can get.


Oh yeah, when you beat it on Devil Bringer, after the credits it says something like:

"It seems you're not a casual gamer"

Hmmm. You got to admit, I score half achievements in my PC version.

Dante is slow down at the DMC4. His weapons got a mix up.

The Rebellion did the Force Edge's Round Trip in replacing the Drive instead.

Gilgamesh is a mix of DMC's Ifrit and DMC3's Beowulf. The complications is that they remove some moves in Swordsmaster Style.

Dark Slayer doesn't invovle Trick Up and Trick Down. Instead, you'll begin to slash just like Vergil does in DMC3. Except the Judgment Cut which features long range and close range forms. To use this style, doble tap any style. Example, if you tap 1, Trickster. But, another tap means, to Dark Slayer. All styles are are tap only.

Nero is suited to grappling only. He may few skills to buy but, they are expensive as price of hell.

DMC Trivia: Kazuma Kaneko is once working at Atlus. He help in the making of Devil May Cry 3. He made a young Vergil. Sweet huh?
