I'm quite fond of cheesecake, although I might be skeptical of green eggs and ham. We could compromise and make green-colored cheesecake.

Well, I don't know if you'll much like it (I'm all about chocolate, but I didn't really like it so much), but you can get green tea flavored chocolate--I bet you can make green chocolate cheesecake with that.

Or we could go with green soba from Hokkaido. I don't know if Sam-I-Am would eat it, though.
