My school tried to do a play using "How to be a Ninja" materials, but we didn't have enough time to practice it, so it was scrapped. The producer spearheading the play wanted me to be the guy who shoots the other ninja, but that would mean I would be playing the nerd who gets beat up. What a blow to my pride that would be!
So in the end, I was assigned to be a tree.
