does anyone know the location of all the good stat up items in the game? Here is what I found so far. Some I got from guides (on gamefaqs) some I got myself.
Stat Up item locations
BF 3 -2
Kokorinut (Luck) - Near Upper Right
BF 7
Elemina Mint (Tec) - Two squares to the right of Queen
BF16
-Sweetberry (Luk) - Two squares up from Cannon
BF 25
Protato (Atk)
BF 27 -3
--Uncanny Fruit (Rand) - Bottommost town, Trade Random Item after getting Kiss of Death
BF 29
-Power Fruit (Atk) - At Dort's (Bandit Boss's) square
BF 30
-Mebble (Luck) - Center Left
BF 31
-Walnut Bread (Gen) - Held by Emilia
-Goat Cheese (Atk)
-Goat Milk (Tec)
-Grilled Griffin (Gen) - Need to use Flame skill (which I didn't level up)
-Lacan's Medicine (Tec)
-Mountain Grapes (Tec)
-Banago (Luck)
-Bottled Doezu (Gen)
-Dead Doezu (Random)
-Doezu (Gen)
-Dragon Steak (Gen)
-Dried Lizard (Atk)
-Forbidden Fruit (All)
First, you really don't need to how to get the ones BF17 and earlier, since the guide on the site will tell you where they are.
Second, the Protato is in BF24, not 25.
Third, you make it seem as if the Uncanny Fruit requires Kiss of Death; all you need to do is have eleven or less TRP. And it has to be night. And you will be sacrificing a random item for it.
Fourth, it is Mepple, not Mebble.
Can you get the griffin steak and dragon steak for every level that you encounter them?
Also, Dead Doezu and Rotten Doezu are separate items. They both need to be eaten by iron stomachs but the Dead one ups a random stat and the Rotten one lowers. I guess if you keep the Doezu for long enough it would rot?
Also can you get both Dark Matter and Uncanny Fruit? (like visiting the village with a high rep person then a low rep person?) I'm up to BF 32, so its almost time to snatch the Forbidden Fruit. =)
Ok, this is more or less a summary from the information from Mr. Sturm, Rai and sarcasteak (thx guys) and whatever I got from my own experience and gamefaqs. If a mod can replace my first post with it (to not confuse ppl with a bunch of mistakes I had there) that would be nice. So the only thing not accounted for are the Mountain Grapes... =\
