The topic I found the article on:
http://boards.gamefaqs.com/gfaqs/genmessag...&topic=26864731

Notable quotes:
From the article: "A federal judge sentenced to prison for 20 years yesterday the first person convicted of possessing child pornography in the form of cartoons and not photographs of real children."

From the topic:
QUOTE
Lolicon is perfectly fine. You can't get arrested for it unless you live in Canada.

Look up the word "loli."
Preferably on Google Image search.

Wow.
He never said anything about watching porn.
He also never said anything about it making you less of a man.

when he said 'wuss' it means, less-than-man.

and when he quoted me saying "i'd rather not", that would pretty much refer to your previous statement of searching it on google.

This is gonna get stricken down... it's a violation to the first ammendment... If need be someone is going to take it up with the supreme court...

Edit: oh found, it, straight in the topic:
"The United States Supreme Court decided in 2002, and affirmed in 2004, that previous American prohibition of simulated child pornography under the Child Pornography Prevention Act was unconstitutional. The majority ruling stated that "the CPPA prohibits speech that records no crime and creates no victims by its production. Virtual child pornography is not 'intrinsically related' to the sexual abuse of children." The PROTECT Act of 2003 (also dubbed the Amber Alert Law), which was signed into law by President George W. Bush on 30 April 2003, also criminalizes simulated child pornography. Although the PROTECT Act's provisions regarding simulated child pornography have not been tried in the Supreme Court, in December 2005, Dwight Whorley was convicted under this law."

Loli hentai is a confusing subject legally.
One reason laws against child porn were made is because it's technically photographic evidence of a crime. Obviously a very sick crime. But with loli hentai, it's different. It's just a drawing. Likely (and hopefully) fictional.
But it's not going to be stricken down, because he wasn't arrested for downloading the hentai, that's what he got in trouble for (he was at an unemployment office downloading it, they found out). He got arrested when they found he had REAL child porn on it too. You would know that if you read it.
