I've seen this show through at least twice. I thought it was incredible. Very confusing at first (mindbending really), but so good. Has anyone seen the movies? Death and Rebirth isn't worth seeing. End of Evangelion is basically most of Death and Rebirth and so much more. I love this show.... ^_^
It was supposed to be longer but the funding was cut and thats partly why it ended so oddly. Sucks... ~~~ It's all a dream. Yeah... just a dream.

Saw it as a kid, didn't enjoy it. Still don't really enjoy it. Its not a bad show, but I just couldn't get into it. Its not something for me.
I don't think its really up to par with shows out there. Then again, I think Gankutsuou is one of the classiest shows I've ever seen. So. ~~~   |

Apparently, that author / creator of the series became mentally unstable during the course of the making of Evangelion. Prehaps this explains why the last few episodes seem more crazy than the beginning espisodes.
