This topic is only i mean only for My Chemical Romance fan to discuss about ,well, My Chemical Romance. For those who dont like the band and like to critic please get the ***** of here, or else i will starting a war.

Hmm, where to start.

O.k, firstly, Gerrard is a terrible singer. Their lyrics are ( quote myself ) pretty much the basic angsty coming of age garbage that every emo/pop-punk/post-grunge/numetal band has been putting out for the past 15 years ever since grunge made it "cool" to talk about your feelings. Guitars are boring emotionless powerchords over and over, and hark, half the Chord Progressions in "Welcome to the Black Parade" are stolen out of Pachelbel's Canon. Their old drummer was a lot better than the mediocre guy they had since Three Cheers. Can't hear bass anywhere.


In conclusion, I deem this band a bunch of whiny emo faggots who are also coincedentally corporate whores.

Why everytime mindthinker sends a post or opens a thread, Chaos Seraph will come and do something.......blablabla and then both of them fight?? You both better be nice okay but I sided with mindthinker and IF I can, I covered up his grammar....Hahaha

(Don't bother with MCR cause I just didn't like song with all those bangings and such....). If you like the band, I have no offense okay?

afaik, Rzul is the only one who listens to MCR aside from you here, and I'm not even sure if he does anymore.

And when Rhiannon says you're a newbie, you're a newbie. Out of the thousand-one-hundred-and-some members we have, she's the fourth member to join the community, and she might be the most active out of the old-timers, as Sturm left, and I don't remember who members two and three were.

Plus, she's an admin now.

On topic, usually people join LCN listening to stuff like MCR. They leave with Draconian, Anathema, and Sitra, among other things.

You need to quit thinking that you have some authority here to tell people how to follow the rules.
You are not "just" anything. By using it that way, you're showing ignorance of what a simple word like "just" even means. In other words, you're either an idiot, or you think we're idiots.

"Just" implies an exclusitivity. For example, if I hit you in the face, I could say with some truth, "I'm just hitting you in the face." But if I say, "I'm just testing the air pressure between your face and my fist," that's blatantly not true, because I am ALSO hitting you in the face.

By saying "I'm just expressing the truth about myself," you are lying. It is NOT the only thing you're doing. You are also implying that calling someone "garbage" is NOT flaming, and that's, again, blatantly not true.

Though I do not listen to the bands you do (save Anathema and a few others), I beleve we can both agree upon the prospect of the quality of MCR's music.

I'm more of a hard/classic/speedmetal fan.

Hmm. Not much of a My Chemical Romance fan myself. A friend of mine is a fan, so she's ripped and sent me a couple of CDs. Out of 20-30 some-odd songs, I only liked about one or two.

Given, I stopped paying attention to what the hell I was listening to by the end of the... fourth... song XD.

... Is it just me, or does every thread on this forum inevitably digress horribly from the original topic?
